For a quick resolution, if you received damaged or defective item(s), please submit photos to our Customer Support team here before starting a return.
Return Policy
- Items MUST be in same condition that you received it, unused/unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
- eGift Cards, Furniture, Plants, Glass items, SALE, and Clearance are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
- Bulk item orders (20+ items) are not eligible for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not offer Exchanges.
Starting a Return
Submit your returns here, you must have your order number to submit a return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
At this time we are only issuing store credit for all returns. Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card. Gift cards never expire. We'll email the gift card to the email address on the original order.
